Bibi Maryam's sale document, 1920
Bibi Maryam, daughter of Sharif Khan, and her son (son of the late Asad Allah Bayg) sell some orchards to Karbalayi Haydar and Husayn Jan, sons of the late Mashhadi, in exchange for sixty-four tumans. Tax and other expenses are the responsibility of the buyers and the detriment fee is one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Dividing properties, 1873
Dividing the properties in Mirhamam of Kurk, between Sulayman Khan Sarhang [the colonel] and Bibi Hayat, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Latif Shaykh al-Islam. Part of these property had been sold to Sulayman Khan by Haj Mirza Ibrahim, Haj Sayyid Yusuf, and Aqa Sayyid Ja‘far, and parts of it was transferred from Sulayman Khan to Bibi Hayat as her mahr.

Ghulam Husayn Khan's endowment, 1919
Ghulam Husayn Khan Sardar Mujallal, son of Haj Sulayman Khan Bihjat al-Dawlah, has transferred his properties near Kirman and Bam to Mirza Husayn Khan Sardar Nusrat, son of Murtaza Quli Khan Vakil al-Mulk, in exchange for some crystal candy. The condition is that Mirza Husayn Khan endows these properties after Ghulam Husayn Khan’s death. Nine hundred and thirty tumans is the annual budget to cover the costs of hiring people for reading the Qurʼan and rawzah, repairs, cleaning the tomb in Najaf, and expenses of coffee, sugar cubes, tobacco, charcoal, water pipes, and lamps. Khanum Kuchak's deposition, 1898
Khanum Kuchak, daughter of Mashhadi ‘Ali ‘Askar, states that she has received all her mahr from her husband, ‘Ali Asghar, and settles any possible claims for some white crystal candies. She has also received seven tumans for the expenses during the waiting period. Khanum Kuchak’s mother, Fatimah, daughter of Karbalayi Isma‘il from Khaminah, and her uncle, Karbalayi Muhammad ‘Ali, have also underwritten this settlement.

Marriage contract of Khavar and Haydar, 1919
Marriage contract of Khavar, daughter of the late ‘Ali Akbar, and Karbalayi Haydar, son of the late Karbalayi ‘Ali Quli; the mahr is fifty tumans, some gold worth ten tumans, some copperware worth five tumans, a carpet worth five tumans, a male servant/slave worth five hundred tumans, one-sixth of a house in Faridun Bayg along with a piece of land adjacent to it, and one female slave, dated February 16, 1919. On December 18, 1925, Khavar settles her mahr with her husband for two thousand [dinars] and some sugar cubes as he has taken her several times for pilgrimage to the holy shrines in Iraq.

Regarding a settlement between Ghulam Husayn and ‘Ali Asghar, 1892
The writer, Muhammad Baqir, states a deposition by Ghulam Husayn, son of the late Haji ‘Ali Akbar, made on December 12, 1878, as follows: Ghulam Husayn settled the inheritance from his parents (parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman) to his uncle, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi. Later, ‘Ali Asghar settled all his properties, including parts of the Jalal Abad farm and a house, to his daughter, Bibi Khadijah, the maternal sister of Ghulam Husay, who has signed the settlement.

Regarding a settlement between ‘Ali Asghar and his daughter Khadijah, 1891
According to a separate settlement, dated August 16, 1879, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi Baqqal [the grocer], settles all his properties and a small house endowed by his father along with parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman, to his daughter, Khadijah. Ghulam Husayn, his nephew, also has signed it. In December 7, 1891, a condition is added that whenever ‘Ali Asghar’s child from his temporary wife reaches adulthood, Khadijah Khanum pays her/him forty tumans.

According to a separate settlement, dated 1879, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi, settles all his properties and a small house endowed by his father along with parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman, to his daughter, Khadijah. Ghulam Husayn, his nephew, also has signed it. Therefore, Ghulam Husayn’s settlement with his paternal aunt, which occurred after the original settlement, is not valid.
